I have collaborated with Ben (in the capacity of interior designer) on a number of high-end residential projects since 2007. The projects have varied in size and budget from large scale full home renovations to smaller apartment type refurbishments.

As a designer, I’m always on the lookout for builders that can not only deliver a project to a high level of finish, but have the ability to engage with the client, work effectively with the design team, and keep everyone at ease throughout the whole process. Communication is key, as is the empathy a builder, his trades, and sub-contractors display on site through their interaction with each other and most importantly with the client. Ben and his team at Evolution Property, and all the sub-contractors he can draw upon, have all these attributes which has led to many successful outcomes and very happy clients.

I believe that Ben’s capacity in managing a project ensures a high level of quality in both finish and construction detailing. He and his team always ‘goes the extra mile’ to achieve the best result, regardless of the project size. I have no reservations with Ben’s ability to manage both small scale and larger multi-million dollar construction projects and have no hesitation, putting him forward for such projects.
